¨       Set up Japan sales office

¨       Developed and applied localized sales and marketing plans focusing on consultative selling and 

              efficient customer service, which resulted in annual revenue growth of  25% the first year, 45%       

              second year, 33% third year, and 18% fourth year, and  21% fifth year

¨       Upgraded Japan branch ranking from bottom to top in Asia Pacific region within two years

¨       Acquired new accounts in Korea and managed Korean distributor

¨       Hired and trained seven people, four of whom got promoted within or after one year.

Major Projects Undertaken
